Housing Rehabilitation
Community homeowners who are low-income earners may be eligible for assistance with needed household maintenance or adjustments. Eligible services include ramps and other necessary repairs that threaten the health and safety of these families and their ability to remain living in their home.
AIM works alongside our partners, area church groups, civic organizations, and volunteers to match clients in need with the resources and labor needed to make these improvements.

Our Programs
Duke – Weatherization Program
- Must be a Duke Energy power customer
- Must qualify financially
- HVAC replacement (must be fully electric and qualify)
- Insulation & weatherization provided if qualified
- Small health & safety repairs
S.C. Housing Trust Fund Housing Preservation Initiative
- Must own the home
- Must qualify financially
- Must meet other requirements
- Up to $75,000 in repairs can be done if all limitations are met and the application is accepted
Ramps & Repairs
- Must own the home, or have the homeowner sign for the ramp
- Must qualify financially
Volunteers & Donations
We always need volunteers to help do small home repairs, ramps, grab bars, and more! Please give us a call if you’d like to help those in need.
